چکیده
Abstract Hydroxysafflor yellow A is extracted from Carthamus tinctorius L., Asteraceae, and has extensive pharmacological properties. In this study, interleukin-1 beta was used to establish the osteoarthritis model in vitro , impacts of hydroxysafflor on cell were analyzed. CCK8 measure viability, flow cytometry evaluate apoptosis reactive oxygen species. An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay performed calculate release inflammatory cytokines oxidative stress index. Western blotting expression collagen-related proteins. The protein levels HIF-1α/JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway also measured. results showed that promoted viability inhibited stress. addition, quinochalcone C -glycoside upregulated collagen II Sry-related HMG box-9, while downregulating matrix metalloproteinase-13. Interleukin-1 induced high interleukin-6 tumor necrosis factor-α by A. Meanwhile, beta–induced species malondialdehyde enhanced low superoxide dismutase glutathione peroxidase. Furthermore, downregulated mRNA HIF-1α, JAK, STAT3, as well p-JAK, p-STAT3. suggest JAK/STAT3 pathways inhibiting HIF-1α. Therefore, regulates response . Graphical abstract

Colchicine protects rat skeletal muscle from ischemia/reperfusion injury by suppressing oxidative stress and inflammation
Objective(s): Neutrophils play an important role in ischemia/reperfusion (IR) induced skeletal muscle injury. Microtubules are required for neutrophil activation in response to various stimuli. This study aimed to investigate the effects of colchicine, a microtubule-disrupting agent, on skeletal muscle IR injury in a rat hindlimb ischemia model. Materials and Methods: Twenty-one Sprague-Dawley ...
متن کاملmiR-320 regulates inflammation in EAE through interference with TGF-β signaling pathway
Background: MicroRNAs are small noncoding RNAs that regulate gene expression and involve in many cellular and physiological mechanisems. Recent studies have revealed that dysregulation of microRNAs might contribute to autoimmune disorders such as multiple sclerosis. Based on these findings, we examined the potential role of miR-320 isoforms, miR-320-3p and miR-320-5p, in the context of autoimmu...
متن کاملCholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway inhibits neointimal hyperplasia by suppressing inflammation and oxidative stress
Neointimal hyperplasia as a consequence of vascular injury is aggravated by inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress. The α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7nAChR) is a orchestrator of cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway (CAP), which refers to a physiological neuro-immune mechanism that restricts inflammation. Here, we investigated the potential role of CAP in neointimal hyperplasia usi...
متن کاملDalteparin as a Novel Therapeutic Agent to Prevent Diabetic Encephalopathy by Targeting Oxidative Stress and Inflammation
Introduction: Hepcidin is the principal modulator of systemic iron metabolism, and its role in the brain has been clarified recently. Studies have shown hepcidin plays an important role for in neuronal iron load and inflammation. This is of significance because neuronal iron load and inflammation are pathophysiological processes that have been highly linked to neurodegeneration. Moreover, the a...
متن کاملEndoplasmic reticulum stress regulates inflammation in adipocyte of obese rats via toll-like receptors 4 signaling
Objective(s): To explore whether endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress regulates inflammation in adipose tissue of obese rats via TLR4 signaling. Materials and Methods: Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups, and body weight, food intake, and free fatty acids (FFA) were measured. Real-time PCR and Western blot were used to determine mRNA or protein expression of TLR4, TRAF6, IKK...
